I was impressed that I had received it so promptly. After installing the new dial I almost immediately began loading. Getting the correct powder charge took less than half the time. I load several different calibers and use the same powder measure for each. One of my greatest problems has been figuring out which direction I had rotated the old bolt on my last adjustment. Wow! This device is a real problem solver. I can never remember which way to turn the wrench when adjusting the powder measure, and the stress buildup is formidable, the waste of time is sickening. As I "played" with the Mr Dial it became even more obvious that the scale marks make it incredibly simple to set it anywhere you want between the lines. The smallest 'tweek' is a huge help in getting exactly what you are looking for in a powder charge. You can literally split hairs with it. -Neal S.

Installation was easier than the instructions suggested. The Mr. Dial is teriffic. Once you get the feel for it, which doesn't take long, you can adjust or readjust very quickly, right to the gnat's eyelash. And when you change powders in the measure, adjustment is only a few seconds or a minute to dead on accuracy on the scale. -Shanahan

I am very pleased with the adjustment dial. The fit and finish is excellent. I'm constantly experimenting with different powders and 'recipes' so making continual adjustments is obviously necessary. Your dial makes it easy and precise. -David
